Available in three sizes and a choice of four marble and stone finishes, the Alvic suite pairs perfectly with our Valine Panoramic fires and all the modern features they offer, including advanced safety controls, 15 LED flame effect colours, and multiple control options via remote, touch screen, mobile app or smart home integration.

Had such a great experience with this company I cannot fault them from start to finish. Faith dealt with me many months ago when we first enquired about a media wall. We was moving home at the time and it was many months down the line we finally moved in. In all that time Faith kept in touch and we finally ordered the media wall. We changed our minds the same week and with no drama or trouble at all Faith & Kim sorted it out. Today we get delivery of the media wall and the two fellas who dropped it off are a credit to the company. Proper good lads and great personalities. This goes a long way. Good to see you use your own delivery people rather than sub contract it out as speaking to the lads they praised the company and were very helpful and positive which is brilliant to see. Fantastic range of products
Bought a Panoramic X 2500 fire from Nick at Costello Group today. What a nice guy! Very informative and there was none of that pushy sales talk which would have made me walk away. Absolutely beautiful media wall. Never seen one like it!!
From start to finish you will feel at ease as this company is so professional. I ordered a package and went for the large wrap around fire. A few days before installment the owner phoned me and told me he wasnt comfortable selling me the larger fire for the size of my lounge, plus the marble fireplace would have to come in 2 pieces. I cant thank his honesty enough as he was so right. I've never experienced this as company's will just sell you anything. Everyone has gone mad on it and has ordered there. Its absolutely beautiful. Never seen one like it. Thank you so much Costello group.

Exceptional service and products
We visited the showroom back in April looking for a media wall for our lounge (we had looked at several companies but thought that Costello Group had the most choice). We weren’t wrong! It was worth the two hour drive from North Wales. The choice and customer service from this company is exceptional (thanks to Colin for all his assistance on the day).We ordered a media wall package and fireplace and it was fitted yesterday. If you would like the ultimate woodland fire experience in your home, opt for the British Woodland Oak logs.
