Had such a great experience with this company I cannot fault them from start to finish. Faith dealt with me many months ago when we first enquired about a media wall. We was moving home at the time and it was many months down the line we finally moved in. In all that time Faith kept in touch and we finally ordered the media wall. We changed our minds the same week and with no drama or trouble at all Faith & Kim sorted it out. Today we get delivery of the media wall and the two fellas who dropped it off are a credit to the company. Proper good lads and great personalities. This goes a long way. Good to see you use your own delivery people rather than sub contract it out as speaking to the lads they praised the company and were very helpful and positive which is brilliant to see. From start to finish you will feel at ease as this company is so professional. I ordered a package and went for the large wrap around fire. A few days before installment the owner phoned me and told me he wasnt comfortable selling me the larger fire for the size of my lounge, plus the marble fireplace would have to come in 2 pieces. I cant thank his honesty enough as he was so right. I've never experienced this as company's will just sell you anything. Everyone has gone mad on it and has ordered there. Its absolutely beautiful. Absolutely stunning fire, we bought a Lazio Suite 1500 X Was made welcome by Steve and Colin on our two visits and was shown around the showroom even though it wasn't finished, Steve said we were his first customers in the new place, and if we came back he would give us a nice discount, and true to his word he did, even threw in the logs for free. We can't thank Bespoke fires enough. I would highly recommend it, delivery was around two weeks and the delivery driver was very helpful. Everyone who visits us comments on how lovely the fire is.

We ordered the Lazio 1500 fireplace from Bespoke Fireplaces and from the initial ordering all the way to delivery our experience was a complete pleasure. The fire surround is absolute next level and looks superb, we honestly wouldn’t change anything. We went on to order 7 marble shelves to match the suite and it was only a week later before they were sat there waiting and complete. Thank you Bespoke Fireplaces for a great experience, we’re thinking about another suite in another room so potentially see you very soon.
