We offer nationwide delivery within 1 week for a flat rate of £29. This service means your fireplace will be hand-delivered to your home by one of our approved 2 man delivery teams. Collection is also available.

Absolutely stunning fireplace
Absolutely stunning fire, we bought a Lazio Suite 1500 X Was made welcome by Steve and Colin on our two visits and was shown around the showroom even though it wasn't finished, Steve said we were his first customers in the new place, and if we came back he would give us a nice discount, and true to his word he did, even threw in the logs for free. We can't thank Bespoke fires enough. I would highly recommend it, delivery was around two weeks and the delivery driver was very helpful. Everyone who visits us comments on how lovely the fire is.

Excellent showroom visit
Really impressed by the showroom, I was looked after quite brilliantly by Faith, who explained everything we needed to know. With her help and guidance, I made a great decision and purchased a fantastic 2 meter wide panoramic fire on the spot. Picked it up from the depot attached to the showroom. Everything was slick, quick and very easy. The guys at this place are real experts. I’d definitely recommend calling in to see them if you’re looking for some inspiration, information or help.

We ordered the Lazio 1500 fireplace from Bespoke Fireplaces and from the initial ordering all the way to delivery our experience was a complete pleasure. The fire surround is absolute next level and looks superb, we honestly wouldn’t change anything. We went on to order 7 marble shelves to match the suite and it was only a week later before they were sat there waiting and complete. Thank you Bespoke Fireplaces for a great experience, we’re thinking about another suite in another room so potentially see you very soon.
