Final installation costs may vary depending on the specific requirements of the installation. Any electrical work, including the addition, relocation, or modification of electrical sockets, will incur additional charges.

The goods listed on your invoice from The Costello Group Ltd represent the final items supplied by the company. Unless specifically stated on the invoice, additional items such as TV brackets, cabling, wiring, electrical components, or other accessories are not included.
If you are unable to secure an installation quotation within your budget, you may cancel your order at any time before delivery. Please note that cancellation must be made prior to the delivery of your goods.

Delivery & Collection
All of our marble suites are handcrafted to order in our UK-based factory, ensuring a high-quality finish.
We offer nationwide delivery within 3-4 weeks for a charge of £29 [within 70 miles radius from our hub (Unit 5, Kirkby admin road, L33 7TA, Liverpool)], any area outside of the 70 mile radius incurs £1 per mile charge additionally. This service means your media wall will be hand-delivered to your home by one of our approved 2 man delivery teams.

Yes — all of our fireplaces are made from authentic marble and natural stone.
Each material is carefully sourced from around the globe, ensuring the highest quality finish.
Are they easy to install?
Yes — our marble fireplaces are designed with straightforward installation in mind.
A competent level of DIY experience is recommended.
What delivery and collection options do you offer?
All of our marble suites are handcrafted to order in our UK-based factory, ensuring a high-quality finish.
We offer nationwide delivery within 4 week for a flat rate of £29. Your fireplace will be carefully delivered to your home by one of our approved two-man delivery teams.
We offer free Click & Collect on all eligible orders. To ensure your order is prepared and ready for collection, all collections must be arranged through our Logistics team. Once your order is ready, a member of the team will contact you to confirm your collection date and time window. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting us, as products cannot be collected in advance. Unfortunately, customers arriving without a confirmed collection appointment will be asked to return at their scheduled time, as we cannot accommodate unscheduled collections.

Should I upgrade my logs?
Our Bespoke British Woodland Logs are the newest addition to The Bespoke Panoramic electric range. Each log is carefully handcrafted to create the most realistic campfire effect.
- We offer HD+ Logs as a standard with all our fires.
- If you prefer a clean engineered look, you can upgrade to our British Woodland Luxe Logs.
- If you would like the ultimate woodland fire experience in your home, opt for the British Woodland Oak logs.
