What delivery and collection options do you offer?
We offer nationwide delivery within 1–3 working days for a flat rate of £29. Your electric fireplace will be carefully delivered to your home by one of our approved delivery teams or a trusted courier partner.
We offer free Click & Collect on all eligible orders. To ensure your order is prepared and ready for collection, all collections must be arranged through our Logistics team. Once your order is ready, a member of the team will contact you to confirm your collection date and time window. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting us, as products cannot be collected in advance. Unfortunately, customers arriving without a confirmed collection appointment will be asked to return at their scheduled time, as we cannot accommodate unscheduled collections.
Should I upgrade my logs?
Our Bespoke British Woodland Logs are the newest addition to The Bespoke Panoramic electric range. Each log is carefully handcrafted to create the most realistic campfire effect.
- If you prefer a clean engineered look, you can upgrade to our British Woodland Luxe Birch real Logs.
- If you would like the ultimate woodland fire experience in your home, opt for the British Woodland Premium Oak real logs.
