From start to finish you will feel at ease as this company is so professional. I ordered a package and went for the large wrap around fire. A few days before installment the owner phoned me and told me he wasnt comfortable selling me the larger fire for the size of my lounge, plus the marble fireplace would have to come in 2 pieces. I cant thank his honesty enough as he was so right. I've never experienced this as company's will just sell you anything. Everyone has gone mad on it and has ordered there. Its absolutely beautiful. Never seen one like it. Thank you so much Costello group.

Had a media wall fitted on the weekend by Mike Black, absolutely made up with the outcome. Mike was so professional with his work, very clean and tidy would highly recommend.

We recently bought the Lloyd Wall Package 2, with 5 units and extra flute panels from Bamboo Charcoal. The service we received from every single member of staff was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Their showroom looks amazing, offering so many beautiful TV boards and media wall options that you’ll be completely spoilt for choice. We visited the showroom back in April looking for a media wall for our lounge (we had looked at several companies but thought that Costello Group had the most choice). We weren’t wrong! It was worth the two hour drive from North Wales. The choice and customer service from this company is exceptional (thanks to Colin for all his assistance on the day).We ordered a media wall package and fireplace and it was fitted yesterday. The product is of a very high standard and looks great. Huge thanks to Mike and Charlie from the Costello team for the excellent job in installing the media wall. I was served by a very lovely young lady named Faith. She was very informative, she knew all the answers to my questions immediately and was very good at helping me decide which styles and colours to choose. She was very patient and was happy to work through all the different combinations and choices with me to ensure I got exactly the right media wall for me.

Really impressed by the showroom, I was looked after quite brilliantly by Faith, who explained everything we needed to know. With her help and guidance, I made a great decision and purchased a fantastic 2 meter wide panoramic fire on the spot. Picked it up from the depot attached to the showroom. Everything was slick, quick and very easy. The guys at this place are real experts. I’d definitely recommend calling in to see them if you’re looking for some inspiration, information or help.

Sophie the lady who served us couldn’t have been any better, helpful polite sorted everything for us, we needed the fire asap it was there the next day, she was fantastic even helping fill in the warranty lovely lady x
