Modern Marble Fireplaces: Why Electric Marble Suites Are the Premium Choice

An electric marble fireplace suite combines a surround and electric fire in one coordinated design. To choose well, compare the complete suite dimensions, the included fire model, finish and installation requirements rather than judging from a photograph alone.

The Lazio range offers two approaches: the slimmer Lazio S with a Panoramic S fire, and the more substantial Lazio X with a full-depth fire option.

Lazio S: slimmer proportions

The Lazio S marble fireplace suite pairs a handcrafted marble/stone surround with a Panoramic S fire. The current options are 700S, 1000S, 1300S and 2000S.

These are the overall suite dimensions from the current product listing, not the fire's opening or installation-clearance dimensions. The taller 700S format produces a different silhouette from the wider options.

Lazio X: a full-depth fire option

The Lazio X suite offers a 700 3DP, 1250X, 1500X or 2000X fire option. The 700 version contains a Panoramic 3DP fire; the larger versions use Panoramic X fires. Check the selected configuration rather than assuming every Lazio X contains the same appliance.

Choose the finish in the context of your room

Current listings include Polar White, Rigel, Semi Rijo, Italian Grey and Polar White combinations with Titanium Gold or Titanium Galaxy. Product photography helps compare styles, but confirm the selected material and finish before ordering. “Marble/stone” does not mean that every finish has identical composition or natural variation.

Measure against the skirting, nearby furniture, sockets and wall width. A larger fire can change the overall suite width considerably; start with the complete dimensions and then consider the visual balance.

Flame effects, heating and controls

Panoramic S and X options provide adjustable flame and lighting effects, crackling sound, optional 750W or 1500W heat and flame effects without heat. Controls include a remote, touch panel and mobile app. The 700 3DP is a different fire: check its own specification rather than applying S/X features to it.

Check what is included and what is separate

The listings include the suite and selected electric fire with the stated fire accessories. Log upgrades should be selected when ordering. Installation and electrical work are quoted separately. Check the delivery estimate and availability for the exact option you choose.

The Panoramic S/X fire options carry a ten-year warranty: five years parts and labour followed by five years parts-only cover, with registration within 60 days of installation. The Lazio X's 700 3DP option instead has a one-year manufacturer's parts-only warranty, also requiring registration within 60 days of installation. Full terms apply.
