I was served by a very lovely young lady named Faith. She was very informative, she knew all the answers to my questions immediately and was very good at helping me decide which styles and colours to choose. She was very patient and was happy to work through all the different combinations and choices with me to ensure I got exactly the right media wall for me.

I visited the showroom in Knowsley last week with the intention of finding out a little more about options for new fire. Really impressed by the showroom, I was looked after quite brilliantly by Faith, who explained everything we needed to know. With her help and guidance, I made a great decision and purchased a fantastic 2 meter wide panoramic fire on the spot. Picked it up an hour later from the depot attached to the showroom. Everything was slick, quick and very easy. The guys at this place are real experts. I’d definitely recommend calling in to see them if you’re looking for some inspiration, information or help.
